We’re sure you’ll love your new products – but if you’re not completely happy with your grüum order, you can return it in its original packaging within 365 days of receiving it.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a full refund for any unopened or unused products returned within 6 months (180 days) of purchase. This is because most payment systems only allow refunds within a limited timeframe (subject to change). After the 6 months, we’ll still be happy to help – we can offer you a replacement or a credit note instead.

Without this, we are unable to refund your order should it get lost or misplaced during transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you decide that grüum is no longer for you, you can cancel your plan at any time by logging in to your account.
For Discovery Club subscriptions, Pay As You Go plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future boxes. Annual Discovery Club subscriptions are prepaid and include four boxes delivered throughout the year. If you change your mind, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your first box by notifying us and returning it in full with all items present and unused (unless faulty). In this case, we will cancel and refund the annual subscription.
After this period, the annual subscription will continue for the remainder of the term, and subsequent boxes are not eligible for cancellation or refund once despatched, unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
